Indiana law sets notarial fees at $10 per signature, and we clearly separate those statutory fees from our business service charges such as printing, travel, and convenience surcharges. TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees are calculated at the IRS mileage rate (currently $0.70 per mile roundtrip). Travel fees are calculated from 3210 E Bond Dr, Lafayette, IN to your appointment location and disclosed upfront.
Example: A 20-mile roundtrip = $14.00
PRINTING FEES
Printing is a business service charge, not regulated by Indiana law. They are disclosed upfront to ensure transparency and fairness
Standard Printing Rates
- Black & White, Letter (8.5×11): $0.15 per page
- Black & White, Legal (8.5×14): $0.20 per page
- Color, Letter (8.5×11): $0.30 per page
- Color, Legal (8.5×14): $0.35 per page
ADDITIONAL CONVENIENCE BUSINESS SERVICE CHARGES
- Witness provision: $25 per witness (if provided by the notary)
- Evening Appointments (after 7:00pm): $25 surcharge
- Weekend Appointments (Saturday/Sunday): $35 surcharge
- Holiday Appointments: $50 surcharge
