A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary Public certified to assist in residential and commercial closings. Mortgage Documents are any documents provided by an attorney, realtor, title/ escrow company that deals with buying, seller, refinancing, or investing in a residential or commercial property.
Fees for REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS (i.e. DEEDS, LOAN MODIFICATIONS, HELOCS, PURCHASES, BUYER/SELLER TRANSACTIONS, AND REFINANCES) vary depending on the Mobile Notary you choose. These fees are set by the Notary and are no subject to the State maximum requirement. Do you due diligence and study MOBILE notaries prior to choosing one.

Payments accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Check (made payable to GoldLine Notary LLC), Credit/Debit Cards and Zelle at the time of the closing. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*ALL prices include scanning documents and emailing to Lenders as loan documents are TIME SENSITIVE. Documents are dropped off to UPS/FEDEX prior to the last pickup for next day arrival. Please understand that mortgage documents and general notary work are NOT priced the same. Loan documents can range from a 1 page trailing document to a over 300+ pages. Fees are one set price and not charged per signature.
