CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

At GoldLine Notary LLC, we respect your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we maintain the following policies for all scheduled appointments:

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
  • This helps us keep appointments on track and respect other clients’ schedules.

🚫 No‑Shows

  • If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no‑show fee will be charged.
  • This fee covers time reserved exclusively for your appointment.

📅 Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • With proper notice, cancellations are free of charge.

🔄 Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee.

⚖️ Transparency

  • These charges are business service fees and are separate from statutory notarial fees (which are capped at $10 per signature under Indiana law).
  • All fees are disclosed upfront to ensure clarity and fairness.
  • LOAN DOCUMENT PRICING ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE GNW FEE STRUCTURE. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TYPE OF DOCUMENT YOU ARE REQUESTING TO HAVE NOTARIZED.
  • Do not remove any pages of a document! This will not lessen the amount of money you will pay for your notarizations. EXAMPLE: You want a loan modification packet notarized. The packet contains 3 signatures. The fee is $50 (single packet), not $30 ($10.00 per signature)
  • Do not pre-sign any pages prior to meeting with a notary. Failure to do so will result in a reprint of all documents or a decline of notarization.
  • Please have the physical government issued identification in your possession for all signers.
  • All documents needing notarized must be completely filled out/in prior to a notarization being completed. Notaries Public cannot complete a blank document.
  • Fees are based on PER SIGNATURE, not per stamp!
  • Documents must contain a Notary Certificate. If it does not, you will need to choose which certificate will be placed. A loose certificate can be attached to your document or a stamp with the proper wording can be used. The Notary cannot choose this certificate for you.
  • Check all fees prior to calling and setting up an appointment.
