A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary Public certified to assist in residential and commercial closings. Mortgage Documents are any documents provided by an attorney, realtor, title/ escrow company that deals with buying, seller, investing in a residential or commercial property.
I am an active member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS). I hold current certifications as a Notary Signing Agent and Indiana Resident Title Producer and maintain a current background check.

*ALL prices include scanning documents and emailing to Lenders as loan documents are TIME SENSITIVE. Documents are dropped off to UPS/FEDEX prior to the last pickup for next day arrival. Please understand that mortgage documents and general notary work are NOT priced the same. Loan documents can range from a 1 page trailing document to a over 300+ pages. Fees are one set price and not charged per signature.
